Happy Belated Opening, Frozen!

The annoying thing about commissions is that frequently, the painting is being gifted and I can't share it until the recipient sees it. In one particular case last month, a commission I did was being gifted to a whole LOT of people! A member of the company of Frozen on Broadway contacted me about doing a painting for her to use as an opening night card for the cast and crew. Painting of a theatre marquee? You know I was up for it (especially because you know I love a good nocturne)! This was a strange case of the client was mostly interested in the cards, so I actually retained the painting and it will be listed on my etsy soon (waiting just in case a member of the company wants it...they get first dibs!)!
